
Job description
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and controlling documents for civil construction or engineering projects in the UAE. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with document control systems and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
The Document Controller will receive, log, classify, and register incoming and outgoing documents, maintain document numbering and version control, and establish and maintain filing systems. They will also prepare transmittals, logs, and document status reports, and retrieve and provide document records for project teams.
This role is suitable for individuals with a diploma or bachelor's degree in administration, business, engineering, or a related field, and 2-5+ years of experience in document control. The ideal candidate will have experience with major document control systems and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
