Job Description
Alcoa is seeking a Capital Projects Engineering Manager to lead the engineering services for CapEx projects in the ALUMAR unit in São Luís/MA. The role involves ensuring technical requirements, operability, and safety of projects, as well as managing a team and contract services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Civil, Mechanical, and/or Electrical;
- Master’s degree or MBA in Project Management is a differentiator;
- Experience in large-scale industrial engineering projects in mining, metals, or similar sectors;
- Knowledge of Technical Standards (ABNT, ASME, API, IEC, etc.)
- Experience in engineering contract management;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead senior professionals
