Job Description
As a Junior Training and Development Manager, you will shape partnerships with HR and T&D local teams on training and development priorities, including leading the Alcoa Academy in Brazil. You will evaluate training needs, create and implement training programs, and manage training methods and budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills - Bilingual (Portuguese/English)
- Strong experience in the area of Training and Development in the industry
- Experience in development needs diagnosis, gaps, and planning and implementation of actions
- Experience in measurement/analysis (data collection, analysis, and interpretation) to support predictive and fact-based decision-making
