The Global Commercial Contracts Manager will lead the commercial contract performance of Alcoa's largest Engineering and Construction contracts across the Australian and Global capital portfolio, optimizing outcomes, reducing risk exposure and ensuring alignment to project outcomes and business objectives.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years' experience in procurement/contracting, including major CAPEX projects in mining, refining or heavy industry
- Proven leadership of international, cross-cultural teams and the ability to build capability and consistent global ways of working
- Deep expertise in engineering and construction contracting and execution strategies (EPC/EPCM/D&C) across the full contract lifecycle
- Demonstrated success leading complex negotiations, claims management and dispute resolution on high-value contracts
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence, with the ability to advise senior leaders on risk, governance and value outcomes
