Maintenance Planner

Shape Your World at Alcoa as a Maintenance Planner, supporting planning and execution of maintenance activities, creating Bills of Material, and developing comprehensive work packs. Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors and other teams to support efficient maintenance execution. Apply Reliability Excellence standard work management process and leverage Oracle CMMS System to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in Maintenance or Technical position
• Experience in HVAC, Construction and Electrical, preferred but not required
• Solid understanding of equipment and ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Experience in maintenance planning (mechanical or electrical), preferably in a heavy manufacturing or utility environment
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, advanced problem-solving, and attention to detail
