This is the first step in manufacturing aluminum trailers, requiring recognizing quality, tolerance, and accuracy of finished parts, and operating machines such as brake press, benders, saws, belt sanders, and CNC milling centers.

Requirements

• Reads job order and blueprint specifications
• Set up machinery for jobs to run efficiently
• Operate machinery efficiently while maintaining 1st piece inspection
• Demonstrate timely communication of needed materials
• Responsible for the safety of the equipment
• Recognize obvious defective or damaged parts
• Follow directives and procedures
• Complete paperwork
• Maintain work area as clean and organized
