Director, Regulatory Affairs Strategy

As a Director, Regulatory Affairs Strategy at Alcon, you will lead regulatory strategy development and execution to obtain and maintain product approvals across Alcon's franchise portfolios. You will provide strategic regulatory leadership across the product lifecycle, prepare and oversee high-quality regulatory submissions, and serve as the primary liaison with global health authorities. You will also lead and develop regulatory teams, collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Commercial partners, and drive lifecycle management strategies to ensure ongoing compliance and business continuity.
