Job Description
We are a multidisciplinary construction company seeking a Contract Administrator with a strong track record of pre-contracts and project delivery experience. The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in Construction Management or a related field, with commercial acumen and credibility gained from working with well-regarded Building companies.
Requirements
- Construction Management Degree or similar relevant tertiary/trade qualification
- A minimum of 2-3 years' practical experience
- Exposure to a variety of construction projects
- Preparing and managing budgets and programmes
- Contract/ Sub-Contract management
- Preparing detailed contracts
- Preparation of scoping documents
- Managing variations, delays and contract claims
