Job Description
Alderwood Park Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia is seeking Evening Shift Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide basic nursing assistance and support residents with daily living activities. They emphasize compassion and resident-centered care. Supervision is provided in an on-site facility.
Requirements
- Answers nurse call system
- Assists with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care
- Obtains food trays and assists residents with eating
- Assists with range of motion exercises and movement to/from wheelchair
- Assists resident with turning and positioning in bed
- Assists resident with ambulation
- Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
- Documents ADLs, resident personal cares, and device use
- Attends interdisciplinary meetings
