Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our international team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial background, experience in gathering business requirements, and knowledge of software development process. Fluency in English is essential.
Requirements
- Obtain and analyze functional and technical requirements for process automation solutions
- Gather and clarify business needs
- Clearly communicate requirements and process changes to the development team
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Communication with English speaking project stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment among stakeholders
- Contribute to backlog refinement
- Provide support after implementation
- Develop business cases, requirements, and use cases for identified automation opportunities
