E-Data Interchange (EDI) Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for an E-Data Interchange (EDI) Onboarding Specialist to monitor the onboarding progress of business partners, conduct end-to-end testing, and coordinate re-testing cycles. The ideal candidate has experience in EDI onboarding, strong understanding of EDI transactions and business processes, and technical expertise in EDI, transport technologies, and SAP.

Requirements

• Experience in EDI onboarding, testing, or task coordination
• Strong understanding of EDI transactions and business processes supported by EDI (P2P, D2F, 3PL)
• Technical expertise in EDI (EDIFACT / EANCOM & ANSI x.12), Transport technologies (AS2, SFTP, etc.), and SAP (S/4 & TM)
• English AND German knowledge (minimum B2)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving ability
