IT Engineer-Mobile Device Management role in Budapest, Hungary, requiring 3-5 years of experience in maintaining mobile device infrastructure, strong English skills, and knowledge of Ivanti Neurons for MDM and/or Intune.

Requirements

• Maintenance and development of global Ivanti Neurons for MDM infrastructure
• Selection and testing of new mobile hardware (e.g. iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and Android devices)
• Contact person for complex INFRA related iOS/iPadOS, macOS and Android support requests
• Supporting international Mobile Device projects
• Supporting mobile devices in Intune
• Maintenance and support of Beyond Trust Remote Management solution
• Create/update knowledge base articles for 1st and 2nd level
