Manager Warehouse Automation WCS is responsible for supervising a team of international experts, acting as a strategic partner for project teams, and developing standardised testing and acceptance procedures. The role involves guiding a project team through the project life cycle, supporting team members, and establishing a communication framework for knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Completed studies in technical logistics, information technology, industrial engineering, or similar fields
- Several years of relevant experience in specifying, testing, and implementing WCS processes for highly automated warehouses
- Completed project cycle from planning to realising a fully operational highly automated warehouse with significant responsibility for project delivery
- Ideally experience in leading an implementation team spread over multiple projects and sites
- Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about automation projects
- Good communicator and able to build productive work relationships with connected departments
