As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the future development of the Global Business Services (GBS) strategy in line with ALDI's global strategic priorities. You will lead the team in driving forward change management for projects and steady state operations while overseeing internal and external communication channels.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, business psychology, communications, HR, or similar
- At least 5-10 years of professional experience in strategic and organisational development or consulting in a global environment
- Experience in Service Management within a shared service or GBS organisation, with a focus on steering and monitoring SLAs/KPI incl. benchmarking
- Successful track record in managing and leading change initiatives within large-scale project environments
