Job Description
Aledade is seeking a Network Development Lead to drive growth and establish a network of independent primary care practices and local partners. The role involves building relationships, securing participation in value-based care contracts, recruiting practices, and supporting regional strategy development. It is a consultative, accountable care expert role focused on growth targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant sales experience
- Proven track record in physician network development or healthcare sales/business development
- Willingness to travel up to 50-75%
