
Job description
We are seeking an experienced Consultant to assist one of our largest and most technical customers with upgrading their OSP systems.
Provide hands-on support for upgrading OSP 16.2.6 to OSP 17.1, assist customers in addressing issues during the upgrade process, and support PPB teams with upgrades in LAB, QA, and DEV environments.
Proven experience in upgrading OSP 16.2.X to OSP 17.1, expertise in handling technical issues, strong background in working with technical customers, and OCP certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
