Job description
We are looking for an expert in OpenStack with solid hands-on experience with building, networking, and upgrading. The role involves providing hands-on assistance to the customer during the upgrade process, addressing and resolving issues, and collaborating with PPB teams to facilitate upgrades in LAB, QA, and DEV environments.
Provide hands-on assistance to the customer during the upgrade process, quickly address and resolve any identified issues, collaborate with PPB teams, leverage expertise in OpenStack to support a major customer, and deliver high-quality results.
5+ years of experience in OpenStack, proven experience as an Architect or Consultant, strong knowledge of Red Hat OpenStack and its components, ability to work effectively in a technical environment, and previous experience in delivering Red Hat OpenStack solutions.
