Job Description
IT Support Engineer will manage Apple ecosystem and Google Workspace environment, ensuring reliable and secure access to tools for 300+ employees. Responsible for device enrollment, app deployment, security policies, and compliance monitoring.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT support with focus on Apple device management
- Proven hands-on experience with Kandji/IRU or similar MDM solutions (Jamf, Mosyle)
- Expert knowledge of Google Workspace administration and security features
- Deep understanding of macOS and iOS enterprise management
- Experience with ITIL processes and ISMS frameworks
- Experience with SSO/identity management solutions
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or AppleScript) for automation
- Excellent communication skills and customer-service orientation
- Fluent in German and English
- Google Workspace certification is a plus
