Job Description
Aleph is seeking a Client Solutions Manager specializing in Russian-speaking clients to drive success of paid-social campaigns. The role involves building strong client relationships, developing and executing strategies, and analyzing results. This position offers an opportunity to work with high-profile clients in global markets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in client solutions, account management, sales, business development, or media buying.
- Hands-on experience with paid-social platforms (preferably TikTok, Meta, Snap, X, or Reddit).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills in Russian and English, both internally and externally.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
