Job Description
JetRx is looking for an A&P Maintenance Technician to join the team at the West Palm Beach office location. The A&P Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications on a variety of aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, company standards, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals.
Requirements
- Valid FAA A&P license required.
- 2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred.
- 3+ years of field or AOG maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with Gulfstream, Bombardier, or similar aircraft is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Willingness to work in inclement weather
- Ability to work successfully independently or as part of a team
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to analyze complex situations, processes, and procedures. Demonstrate flexibility in problem solving when required.
- Ability to work in a manual environment, with physical demands such as: Lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 50lbs Bend, stoop, squat, reach and grasp Work at heights in excess of 5 feet Work in confined spaces Ability to accurately judge distances
