Job Description
Aleto is seeking a Senior Furniture Program Manager to oversee the performance of a Furniture & Services contract and serve as the primary Account Manager point of contact between Aleto and the Government. The Senior Program Manager will have full authority to act on behalf of Aleto in all contract-related matters and is accountable for ensuring seamless daily operations.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for SCI access and Polygraph
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree/certification in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in furniture procurement, facilities management, or workplace strategy
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities with experience supervising staff and consultants
- Proven capability to manage large-scale, multi-site furniture and warranty programs
- In-depth understanding of commercial furniture products, ergonomics, and space planning
- Experience with BIFMA, ANSI, LEED standards, and familiarity with GSA and FAR procurement regulations
