Operations Intern

Aleut is seeking a creative and motivated Operations Intern to support operations & project management teams and initiatives. The internship provides hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and digital projects while working in a professional work environment.

Requirements

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on special projects.
• Supporting project planning, tracking, and documentation.
• Helping analyze operational processes and recommend improvements.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Identifying and participating in a goal setting process with direct supervisor.
• Observing and assisting with department programs, services, research, and other tasks.
• Attending meetings and training as appropriate to acquire knowledge and skills within the department.
• Organizing and assisting in implementing strategies for special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
