Job Description
Curriculum Developer at Aleut Federal, designing and developing asynchronous distance learning curriculum using Instructional System Design (ISD/ADDIE) methodologies, working with subject matter experts to translate technical content into effective instructional materials, and supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) deployment.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instructional System Design (ISD) models
- Proficiency in eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, or equivalent)
- Experience designing content across Chapman Alliance Levels of E-Learning
- Knowledge of eLearning standards, including SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI, and AICC
