Lead Preventative Maintenance Coordinator

Lead Preventative Maintenance Coordinator position at Aleut Federal, responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the GFEBS/PM office work group, ensuring timely and accurate inputting of PM data, and providing expertise in managing GFEBS systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of facilities maintenance experience in scheduling, work control, or project control
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience using Maximo and/or GFEBS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Creative and innovative with assignments; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to respond to change
• Strong organizational, analytical and writing skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Ability to reason and solve problems
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in both oral and written form
• Skill in talking to others to convey information effectively
