Job Description
Aleut Federal is seeking a Satellite System Operator/Maintainer II to manage operational SATCOM networks, mitigate risks, and ensure mission success. The ideal candidate will have experience in SATCOM Operations/Maintenance, operations center processes, and real-time ground systems operations.
Requirements
- Operate and maintain two system types with consistent accuracy
- Assist and lead troubleshooting efforts for operational systems
- Recommend procedural and training updates for EPS-R operations
- Execute mission schedules and provide high-level support to users
- Conduct cryptologic planning as a COMSEC user and, when necessary, as a COMSEC Responsible Officer (CRO)
