Tech Lead / PM (Crypto)

The company is seeking a Tech Lead / PM with experience in the blockchain field to develop existing products, study and implement new technologies, and lead a team of 20 people. The position involves 30-50% of time on coding and requires long-term cooperation from 2 years.

Requirements

• Development and support of blockchain platforms, including private cloud for explorers
• Management and optimization of development processes
• Experience of working in positions of Project manager or CTO, product development or other with similar responsibilities for at least 6-8 years
• Experience of building and optimizing systems for working with large data volumes, both at the level of DB and interactions between services
• Research and implementation (R&D)
• Development on NodeJS for at least 2 years
• Basic experience of a developer in the cryptocurrency field (web3, api, nft, erc20, basic contract analysis solidity)
• Understanding of EVM (Memory, Storage, Stack)
• Experience of audit / development on Solidity
• Familiarity with Web3, Geth, Erigon
• Understanding of NFT, DeFi, DEX
• Cordova Python DevOps skills
