Alexa Translations provides A.I.-powered translations for large institutions. We're looking for a proactive Junior IT Administrator to join our team, ensuring our daily office operations run smoothly and our security posture remains compliant.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain office hardware and local networking
- Administer SaaS platforms (e.g., Google Workspace/Microsoft 365/Microsoft Intune, Jira, Hubspot)
- Assist in the evidence-collection process for ISO 27001 and SOC2 audits
- Perform regular access reviews and audit logs to ensure compliance with internal security policies
- Monitor and manage endpoint security (MDM/EDR) to ensure all company devices are encrypted and patched
- Maintain and troubleshoot office network infrastructure (VLANs, VPNs, and WiFi)
- Write and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks
