SaaS Platform Architect

Alexa Translations is seeking a SaaS Platform Architect to design and guide the development of scalable, resilient, and secure software systems for their AI-driven translation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science (or related field)
• 10+ years of software development experience building web-based products at scale
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, AI Model Infra and deployment, ideally on AWS
• Strong expertise in the Python and front-end frameworks such as React
• Proven track record of architecting complex SaaS platforms with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and security
• Experience and knowledge of SaaS compliance standards including SOC2, GDPR and ISO270001
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor teams and influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; able to balance strategic vision with pragmatic execution
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues across regions
