Translations Senior Project Manager

Alexa Translations is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client relationships and manage projects, requiring 5+ years of experience in localization project management and bilingual skills in English and French.

Requirements

• College diploma, university degree, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Localization Project Management, managing complex projects.
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Bilingual (English/French) is a mandatory requirement.
• Experience in the technical, communications, or SaaS industry.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with middle and senior managers in client/partner interactions.
• Extensive in managing teams, coordinating across multiple departments, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong decision-making abilities, with a focus on data-driven, impactful decisions that benefit both the project and the organization.
• Ability to build relationships and maintain communication with various stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are met and managed.
• Capable of handling conflicts within teams or with clients while maintaining professionalism and project alignment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments, priorities, and challenges.
