Job Description
We're looking for a Head of FP&A to lead all Group FP&A and management reporting activity, partnering with leaders across Alexander Dennis and the wider NFI Group. You'll be responsible for consolidated forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting, ensuring that financial insight is clear, accurate, and supports the strategic direction of the business.
Requirements
- Significant post-qualification experience in a senior FP&A leadership role
- Strong IFRS knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
- Able to influence senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and drive performance across diverse functions and business units
