Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys. The successful candidate will have 1+ year of legal experience in Property Casualty cases, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience drafting and reviewing legal documents. The role will involve a range of tasks, including sending letters of representation, updating clients on case status, and assisting attorneys with pleadings, correspondence, and scheduling.

Requirements

• 1+ year of legal experience in Property Casualty cases
• Personal Injury case experience will also be considered
• Experience working cases based in Florida or are willing to learn about working cases in the area
• FileVine or Case Management System knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Experience with medical records management
• Microsoft Office
