Litigation Paralegal

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Paralegal to support their talented team of attorneys.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of legal litigation experience
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories
• Conducting legal research and providing thorough written analysis on statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions
• Assisting with trial preparation, and possibly attending trials and hearings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (3 years required)
• Familiarity with FileVine or other case management systems (preferred)
• Personal injury experience is a huge plus
