Job Description
Prepare and send invoices to customers, monitor overdue payments, performing bank deposits, resolving billing discrepancies and issues, assisting with month-end close, and running and reviewing AR aging details.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, Dynamics, etc.
- Strong Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, etc)
