Associate Attorney - Corporate/Real Estate

Our client, a reputable regional law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Corporate and Real Estate practice group. This role offers a dynamic mix of corporate transactions, commercial real estate, and finance work, along with meaningful client interaction and early exposure to complex legal matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active New Hampshire bar admission or pending admission
• 1–4+ years of experience in corporate transactional law, commercial finance, and/or commercial real estate
• Drafting and negotiation skills related to corporate and real estate transactions
• Familiarity with corporate governance and ongoing business support matters
