Job Description
KBW Financial has partnered with a Boston area not for profit to identify a Director of Finance. The role will manage a small team and be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, annual audits and filings, and grant management.
Requirements
- BS in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- 5+ years of Finance and Accounting management experience
- Experience in a non-profit with oversight of government-funded contracts and programs is required
- Lead the GL monthly close process.
- Experience with Sage Intaccta plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Staff management experience
