Job Description
A dynamic and fast-growing company located near Manchester, NH is seeking a hands-on HR Specialist to join their team at an exciting inflection point. With a current workforce of 15 employees and aggressive plans to scale to 60+ within the next year, this is a unique opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a build-it-from-the-ground-up environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a standalone or small HR team environment
- Proven ability to manage recruiting and HR operations simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Strong knowledge of NH and federal employment law and HR best practices
- Experience building or improving HR processes and infrastructure
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a passion for people and process
