Litigation Attorney

An established boutique firm in the MetroWest/Greater Boston area with a strong civil litigation practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to manage a diverse civil litigation caseload and conduct all phases of litigation.

Requirements

• J.D. and active membership in the Massachusetts Bar.
• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience in Massachusetts state and/or federal court.
• Employment law is strongly preferred but Civil backgrounds should apply!
• Strong litigation foundation anchored in civil procedure, discovery practices, motion drafting, and trial readiness.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and professional judgment.
• Client-focused, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
