Job Description
The Property Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple properties, monitor and manage cash flow, and perform bank and account reconciliations. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing, as well as preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements. The role also involves owning the month-end and year-end close processes and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Experience with a property management accounting software (Rent Manager, Yardi, etc.)
