We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with a state bar.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing law, with a strong emphasis on immigration litigation.
Proven experience representing clients in immigration courts and administrative proceedings.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining strong attention to detail and client-focused service.
Experience handling immigration applications including but not limited to T/U visas, VAWA, AOS, naturalization, PIP, waivers, and related immigration relief.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal information clearly and effectively.
Compassionate and able to work effectively under high-pressure and demanding situations.
Willingness to travel nationwide as necessary for case-related matters, including travel to Seattle, WA.
