【Alexion Japan】Associate director, Market Access & Healthcare Policy

The Associate Director, Market Access & Healthcare Policy in Japan is responsible for monitoring healthcare system and regulatory environment affecting Alexion's business and advancing Alexion's business priority in the policy area. The associate director reports to a director of Market Access & Healthcare Policy and works in close collaboration with other members in MAHP and other departments in Japan as well as global teams.

Requirements

• Analyze and assess the implications of healthcare policy/regulations affecting Alexion’s business
• Develop and implement strategic action plans to overcome policy issues affecting Alexion’s business
• Develop and maintain relationships with external policy stakeholders
• Expand Alexion’s presence in the rare disease space through participation and contribution to industry community activities
• Provide opportunities for employees to receive education on the healthcare system and regulations
• Respond and give advice to inquiries from inside and outside the company regarding healthcare systems and regulations
• Collaborate successfully with key contacts throughout Alexion
