［Alexion Japan］Director, Medical Lead, Neurology

We are seeking a Director, Medical Lead, Neurology to develop and implement local medical strategies, manage the Neurology Therapeutic Area, and provide support and supervision to the MSL team. The successful candidate will have a scientific degree or strong industry experience in medical affairs, excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, and experience working in a matrix cross-functional environment.

Requirements

• Develop and implement local medical strategies
• Manage the Neurology Therapeutic Area
• Provide support and supervision to the MSL team
• Present as the therapeutic area country medical representation of Alexion medical affairs
• Serve as the Medical Affairs medical expert for the cross-functional group
• Develop in-year local medical strategy, implementation, and budget planning
• Monitor execution of medical plan with regular and timely checking of budget status
• Provide medical review and supervision to ensure alignment between company's strategy and the research proposals
• Establish strategic partnerships with centers of excellence and KOLs
• Supervise and support planning, designing, and managing medical Advisory Boards
