Job Description
As a Manager, Medical Customer Care GMT Business Unit, you will improve awareness of diseases and products, contribute to society by helping patients, build good relationships with healthcare professionals, and introduce, propose, and advise on products through inquiries and responses. You will be responsible for managing the assigned area, finding potential customers and new business opportunities, and performing other tasks.
Requirements
- MR qualifications
- 5 years or more experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a medical information officer
- 3 years or more experience working at a university hospital or core hospital
- 3 years or more experience in a specialized field
- Experience in handling rare diseases, metabolic disorders, and products such as injectables and infusions
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a standalone environment and team
- Ability to build strong and professional relationships with healthcare service providers and academics
- Ability to travel overnight and on weekends
- Ordinary car driver's license (good driver)
- Understanding and embodying the values of Alexion culture
