【Alexion Japan】Manager, Medical Customer Care GMT Business Unit(宮城・山形)

As a Manager, Medical Customer Care GMT Business Unit, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and serving as the primary point of contact for Alexion. You will be responsible for improving awareness of diseases and products, as well as providing customer service and introducing, proposing, and advising on products.

Requirements

• MR qualification
• 5 years or more experience as a pharmaceutical information officer
• 3 years or more experience as a university hospital or core hospital representative
• 3 years or more experience in a specialized field
• Experience in treating severe diseases with products related to internal metabolism, skeletal muscle, and infusion/ injection systems
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an independent environment and team
• Ability to access and build strong and specialized relationships with community and academic healthcare providers for scientific information exchange and promotion
• Ability to travel and overnight stay, as well as work on weekends
• Valid driver's license (excellent driver)
• Ability to understand and lead by example in Alexion's cultural values
