Job Description
The Associate Director Country Operations Management (AD COM) reports to the Head of Country Operations and is responsible for supporting the Country strategy implementation, acting as company culture and value ambassador, and acting as line manager of local functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline, preferably in life science, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Development Operations (CRA / Sr. CRA / Project management) or other related fields.
- Strong leadership skills to drive team growth and development, and support the local COM strategy implementation.
