Clinical Research Associate

The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is responsible for monitoring the conduct of clinical studies at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with international guidelines and local regulations. The CRA will identify, select, initiate, and close out sites, perform remote and onsite visits, and provide training and support to Investigators and site staff. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of CRA monitoring experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CRA monitoring experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, preferably in life science, or equivalent qualification
• Excellent knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP, basic knowledge of GMP/GDP
• Excellent knowledge of relevant local regulations
• Good medical knowledge and ability to learn relevant Alexion Therapeutic Areas
• Good understanding of the drug development process
• Excellent understanding of Clinical Study Management including monitoring, study drug handling and data management
• Excellent attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Demonstrates flexibility in schedule and willingness to travel
• Valid driving license
