Job Description
We are seeking a Global Medical Director to provide support for strategic planning and leadership for haematology, nephrology and transplant indications and expanding pipeline portfolio.
Requirements
- PhD, PharmD or MD level degree or equivalent
- 1-4 years + experience in medical affairs organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage budget and resources
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to build partnerships cross-functionally
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing conditions
