Requirements
- Consistently achieving or exceeding sales objectives in assigned territory
- Creating and maintaining strategically targeted account-specific business plans
- Developing and maintaining strong in-depth clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge
- Collaborating closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders
- Handling customer questions and objections
- Educating on the clinical approach to specific disease states
- Leading the implementation for patient-centric partnership model
- Effectively utilizing CRM tools to manage time, resources and workload
- Executing local promotional activities and programs
- Providing high level of product expertise and customer service
