Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer responsible for executing maintenance and repairs on selected products at customer sites, investigating and resolving technical problems, and reporting unsafe practices.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of technical problems on selected products
• Ability to follow up on actions and promises made to customers
• Good communication skills
• Proactive recommendations to customers related to purchase of additional spare parts
