Order Management Executive, Standard Orders

As an Order Management Executive, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring the end-to-end order management process, including expediting orders to ensure they are fulfilled properly and on time. You will discuss order specifications with sales companies or salespersons, execute and manage order processes via ERP System, and communicate with customers on order status. You will also manage delivery arrangements, import/export shipments, and shipping documents, and ensure prompt invoicing processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Commerce, Supply Chain or equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' working experience in orders management, logistics and planning
• Good communication skills, MS and ERP applications skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and interact with all levels and different cultures
• Customer service oriented and ability to prioritize and multitask
