Process Engineer

Process Engineer position at a company that pioneers solutions in energy, food, water, and shipping. The role involves developing processes and tools for safe execution of detail projects, supporting production, and optimizing processes.

Requirements

• Develop processes and tools for safe execution of detail project
• Support production with process and industrial engineering, tools and fixtures, documentation
• Ensure MOP, SOP are available for production on time and with required content and quality for GAS products
• Prepare the production drawings package and release to workshop
• Ensure best process hours are maintained in Master BOM and support production to achieve or consume less hour during execution. Gap analysis and improvement for standard hours of GAS products
• Develop lifting plan as part of workshop documentation package
• Develop process for tool and fixture design and improvement
• Support production optimize processes based on ALPS and LSS tools
• Provide supports to outsourcing
• Perform other tasks as and when delegated by manager
